CLI is committed to the continued success of our graduates after they complete our leadership training program. In addition to supporting entrepreneurial projects initiated by alumni, we equip young leaders in Kinshasa to participate in the digital global economy and provide them direct employment via Congo Leaders Solutions.
Established in 2025, Congo Leaders Solutions provides outsourced support to growing global businesses and nonprofits. We focus on data management projects with affordable, high quality, and reliable work. This allows our customers to grow their businesses and refocus on strategic efforts instead of rote tasks. Additionally, we are committed to maintaining an environment for rich learning in leadership & professionalism for all of our employees, each of whom is a certified graduate of the CLI Leadership Institute.
What We Do
1. Lead Generation
Congo Leaders Solutions works with companies in a variety of industries to identify potential new customers. We manage the discovery and organization of lead data to assist growing businesses.
2. Data Entry
Congo Leaders Solutions executes data management for customers in numerous formats. We compile information from a variety of sources to handle the creation of useful data sets.
3. Data Cleaning
Congo Leaders Solutions standardizes and organizes existing data sets for customers across platforms. We format qualitative and quantitative data to leverage its full potential.
4. Journal Entry
Congo Leaders Solutions assists with basic journal entry and similar bookkeeping tasks. We handle these tasks so that customers can focus on higher value work.
Our Team
Alpha Ilunga Bakalela
Alpha, originally from Kananga, has a strong background in administration, data management, and operations coordination. She holds a degree in Network Administration and Database Fundamentals from Université Franco-Américaine along with specialized training in Secretariat Management and Software Engineering. She has experience working with software development firms, corporate environments, and public sector administration.
Jeremie Nzinga Yangi
Jeremie brings expertise in leadership, marketing, and administration to Congo Leaders Solutions. Originally from Lemba, he holds a degree in Management from the Institut Supérieur de Techniques de Gestion et Développement and also has training in graphic design and office administration. He has gained valuable experience as General Manager at Alpha Tech where he honed his skills in operations management and problem-solving.
Blessing Nyongewa Bendelo
Blessing is a law graduate from the University of Kinshasa specializing in Private and Judicial Law. She has gained diverse experience in human resources, administration, and communications. Blessing has also been involved in social and environmental advocacy, volunteering with Fanya NGO and the Association Congolaise pour l’Accès à la Justice. Beyond her legal and administrative expertise, Blessing is a skilled public speaker, event host, and community organizer.
Claude Mbuyi
Claude is a proven leader across sectors engaged in the uplift of youth in the DR Congo. He holds a masters degree in Sustainable Development and has served as President of Conseil d'Administration du Club des Jeunes Ambassadeurs du Congo. Claude has represented the DR Congo at several international conferences, including through the implementation of the Youth Peace and Security Agenda of United Nations Resolution 2250. He is also a published author.
Patrick Mabiala
Patrick holds a diploma in IT Management from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce (ISC/Gombe) and has additional training in project development and management. He was born and currently resides in Kinshasa. Patrick is fluent in French and Lingala with proficiency in English. He works as an independent trainer in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and is a volunteer with En Classe RDC, where he manages the Health program.
